1. Award and Honor
The Assembly decided to identify distinguished senior citizens who have inspired the local people in different areas such as agriculture, development, education, environment, health, woman empowerment and social changes in the region of Balara Municipality. Attempts will be made to honor such personalities by KAKA …Forever Award annually by presenting a Certificate and a Citation of his or her background and contributions.
In 2022, the following two distinguished persons received such awards:
Ramadhar Singh: KAKA Education Forever Award 2022
Ram Bilas Roy: KAKA Community Health Forever Award 2022




2. Scholarships and financial supports
2.1 Provided a sum of NRs one hundred thousand (NRs 1,00,000) to Ramsakhi Mohit Singh Janta Secondary School, Balara-04, Sarlahi for upgrading higher level classes in 2006
2.2. Provided a sum of NRs five thousands (NRs 5000) scholarship per month to Osi Mohamad in Classes 11 and 12 in 2015-2017. Now he is working as an engineer.
2.3 Covered full educational expenditures of student Bikash Singh. He earned B. Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kathmandu University in 2014-2018 and is currently working .
2.4 Continued distributing cash and teaching materials of worth NRs fifteen thousands (NRs 15,000) among the students who ranked first, second and third in classes I to X at Ramsakhi Mohit Singh Janta Secondary School, Balara-04, Sarlahi in 2010…
2.5 Provided NRs fifteen thousands (NRs.15,000) to Govind Mahara, a student enrolled in the Civil Overseer course at of Balara Polytechnic Institute in 2021.
2.6 Provided NRs five thousands (Nrs 5,000) to Anmol Jha to purchase books for Public Service Commission competitive examination.
2.7 Continued covered NRs 50,000 (Fifty thousand) educational expenditure of eleven students belongs to Balara Municipality of Civil Overseer Course at Balara Polytechnic Institute in 2022…
2.8 Provided two hundred thousand (NRs 2,00,000) to Rishav Jha a student enrolled in the health assistant course at Hope International College Lalitpur in 2022
2.9 Supported NRs.1,01,150/- to Bindeshwar Mali Dom of Balara Municipality ward no.3 to construct RCC roof of house .2023
2.10 Provided NRs five thousands (Nrs 5,000) to Uday Shankar Singh Balara Municipality Ward –4 for medical treatment 2023

- The Inauguration of the Administrative Building and the Inn
The Chief Guest Distinguish University Professor Ramadhar Singh, Ahmedabad University (India, Gujrat) inaugurated the new Administrative Building of the KAKA Community Learning Center on March 22,2024. The other five distinguish personalities, namely, Mrs Anita Sinha, Dr Kamal Ranjan Sinha, Mr Amit Raj Singh, Dr Subhash Pandey and Dr Kavita Sinha , who had participated in constructing the building handed over the room keys to Dr. Kamleshwar Kumar Sinha, Chairperson of KAKA CLC .There were 498 participants in the inauguration ceremony.
Social Worker Mrs. Radhika Devi Singh, Balara-4, Sarlahi, inaugurated the Inn on the very same day. The Tourism Development Office Dhanusha constructed the ground floor of the Inn at the cost of NRs. 16, 71,423. Mrs. Singh had also donated NRs. 6,44,225 to the completion of the INN.
Both the KAKA Community Learning Center and the Inn provide community members with the opportunity to gain knowledge and acquire new skills that could enable them to participate fully in the local community.
